About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Consumer Duty Analyst to join our team at Gallagher.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of customer protection and regulatory compliance.

Your expertise in the UK insurance market and knowledge of customer duty of care regulations will be essential in shaping our product governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of our product portfolio to ensure adherence to the highest levels of consumer protection.
  • Work as part of the Product Governance team to ensure business units are compliant in respect of New Product development and Existing Product changes.
  • Assist with identification and implementation of Product Governance controls, and ensure our processes and best practice are accurately documented.
  • Be integral to the Product Review process at Gallagher Retail, ensuring Product Assessments are completed annually or as required, and all products go through regular risk reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Product Development, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
  • You have significant experience in product governance, compliance, or a similar role within the UK insurance market.
  • You possess exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential risks.
  • You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
