Job Title: Supervisory Role in Equestrian Sales

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is committed to innovation and excellence in equestrian sales. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a Supervisory Role in Equestrian Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and building loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in equestrian sales, and a deep understanding of local market trends.
