Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects autonomously while being supported by flexible hybrid work options. You will be responsible for fulfilling the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a variety of projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH Construction certification (required).
  • Tech IOSH minimum requirement.
  • APS membership (preferred).
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
