About The Role
- As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- You will be responsible for providing a range of care services, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our clients, their families, and our team.
- Our Care Assistants work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our clients receive the care and support they need. You will be required to travel between clients' homes, using your own vehicle, and will be reimbursed for mileage.
- We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our Care Assistants have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high-quality care.
- As a Care Assistant with Brunelcare, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
About You

- You will be flexible and able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy. You will also be required to work as part of a team, supporting our clients and our colleagues.

- You will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
