We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEND Campus Coordinator at Bucks Skills Hub. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all our students with special educational needs thrive and meet their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage and support a team of dedicated SEND advocates, Inclusion Mentors, and coaches to provide high-quality support to students.
- Student Support: Work with the SENCO and the team to ensure that students' needs are regularly reviewed and that students are supported to have greater independence.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the SENCO, local authorities, parents, and feeder schools to ensure a proactive approach to the special educational needs assessment process and smooth transition into College for students.
- Program Development: Work with curriculum areas on delivering high-quality individualised programmes to learners within the College environment that empower them to develop strategies to overcome their difficulties and promote independence.
