We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our team at Breaking Barriers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and stewarding a portfolio of funders and donors to secure annual and multi-year gifts in support of our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and steward a portfolio of funders and donors to secure annual and multi-year gifts
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategic approach to stewardship and relationship development
  • Collaborate with additional fundraisers to coordinate approaches and maximize opportunities across all functions
  • Secure and steward gifts of 5 figures and above
Requirements
  • Strong track record of high-value relationship management and fundraising
  • Experience in Trusts, Statutory, Major Donor fundraising or a related area
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
