  • Make informed decisions on issues that require escalation to management.
  • Escalate major incidents promptly and clearly, gathering comprehensive details on the incident and its impact.
  • Contribute to the internal Knowledgebase by creating documentation.

The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, plus a 7.5% on-target bonus. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, critical illness cover, income protection, death in service, and flexible benefits.
