We are looking for a dedicated Quality Management Systems Coordinator to join our Compliance team at YTL UK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the business by driving improvements and enhancements to our quality management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance, monitoring, auditing, and improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 management system.
  • Work closely with the QMT to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Develop and maintain effective document management for the Quality Management System, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is incorporated into their systems, including H&S and Environmental teams.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint systems.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Total pension contributions up to 20%.
