We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our kitchen brigade as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
  • Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
  • Assisting Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting Cleaning Chef stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Essential Skills:
  • Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Enjoys a busy environment
  • Flexible approach to the working week
  • Methodical and clean worker
  • Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from work
Ideal Skills:
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques

  • Experience of kitchen equipment
  • Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
