We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Old Hall Farm in Ellesmere Port. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of pub operations, including food, drink, and events
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
