We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our team at the Old Hall Farm in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage all aspects of the pub, including food, drink, and events
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
