Job Title: Responsive Repairs Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Responsive Repairs Surveyor to join our team at Solos Consultants Ltd.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and surveying responsive repairs of a large housing portfolio, including social housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre and post-repair inspections, exchanging and re-letting inspections, diagnosing and assessing works required, and specifying repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre and post-repair inspections to ensure quality and compliance
  • Exchange and re-let inspections to ensure properties are safe and habitable
  • Diagnose and assess works required to repair properties
  • Specify repairs and ensure they are completed to a high standard

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in managing and surveying responsive repairs of a large housing portfolioKnowledge of social housing and the associated regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
