Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Solos Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and surveying responsive repairs of a large housing portfolio, including social housing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre and post-repair inspections, exchanging and re-letting properties, diagnosing and assessing works required, and specifying repairs. They will also be expected to work closely with our clients to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre and post-repair inspections to assess the condition of properties
  • Exchange and re-let properties as required
  • Diagnose and assess works required to repair properties
  • Specify repairs and ensure that they are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing and surveying responsive repairs of a large housing portfolio
  • Knowledge of social housing and the requirements for responsive repairs
  • Ability to work closely with clients to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
