About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure that all public areas, including the gym, studios, and pool area, are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Work closely with our fitness and leisure team to deliver a high-quality fitness experience for our members, including providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including responding to poolside alarms and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a fun and supportive work environment.
