We are looking for a skilled Senior Cardiac Diagnostic Physiologist to join our team in Westbury. As a key member of our echo team, you will be responsible for performing and reporting adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to BSE standards.

Main Duties
  • Perform and report adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms, using your expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Participate in our second opinion rota, ensuring that our reporting guidelines are adhered to during clinical peer-review.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments and GP practices to coordinate urgent clinical referrals.
About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as cardiology or medical imaging.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cardiac physiology, with a focus on echocardiogram performance and reporting.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Familiarity with data protection laws and information governance principles.
