Companionship Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Companionship Care Provider to join our team at Pick for Britain. As a Companionship Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About the Role:

As a Companionship Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to service users, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Companionship Care Provider, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A driving license and your own vehicle are also essential, as you will be required to travel to service users' homes.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £12.65 per hour, plus mileage pay of 27p per mile. Other benefits include time and a half on bank holidays, accrued paid holidays, and career progression opportunities. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development to ensure our staff are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
