Job DescriptionThis role involves providing exceptional support to customers with their electronics products. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer in an electronics manufacturing company is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to electronic products, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electronic equipment, including multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our electronic products.
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Electronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Technical/Customer/Product Support role, preferably in an electronics manufacturing company.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics, including circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
