Teaching Support Professional

We are recruiting for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children with various additional needs in schools across the Chester area.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, supporting them in achieving their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students on a 1:1 basis
- Promote good behavior and manage challenging situations
- Aid pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
- Help children with additional educational needs
- Provide feedback on learning and development to the teacher
- Create and maintain an orderly and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
