Job Title: Dispenser

Valley Pharmacy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dispenser to join their team. As a Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality healthcare service to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pharmacist in preparing prescriptions and ensuring accurate dispensing of medication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering patients' questions and concerns about their medications.
  • Offer health information and education to patients regarding their medication and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records and manage stock levels.
  • Deal with patient queries and provide advice on medication and healthcare services.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including administrative tasks and stock management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Qualifications in pharmacy or a related field are preferred.
