We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Falcon Green Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of prefabricated construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for prefabricated components, ensuring budget alignment.
  • Monitor and manage costs throughout the production process to avoid overruns.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for materials used in the prefabrication process.
  • Assessing the value of work completed at different stages, ensuring proper payment to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Overseeing contracts related to the supply and delivery of prefabricated units, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with prefabrication, such as delays or material shortages.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading main contractor in the mission-critical sector, delivering projects that require a high level of precision and quality. As a Quantity Surveyor in our pre-fabrication facility, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with onsite teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on prefabricated construction.
  • Strong cost management and control skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
