About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Compliance, Strategy & Transactions (CST) Team operating within our Environment & Health (E&H) Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup and execution of permitting and EHS compliance projects within Ramboll's framework.
  • Conduct comprehensive EHS audits and manage large-scale multinational audit programs.
  • Utilize expertise in environmental permitting and Best Available Techniques (BAT) to evaluate risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Aid clients in achieving and enhancing compliance with ISO 14001 standards through detailed audits and targeted gap analysis.
  • Lead the creation of detailed reports and proposals, maintain consistent client communication, and cultivate strong partnerships for project success.

About the Team

You will be part of a fast-growing team providing environmental, health and safety compliance and environmental permitting support to national and multi-national clients. Our team is dedicated to helping clients achieve their plans for expansion and change while applying a high level of environmental control.

About You

  • Understanding of the environmental, health & safety regulatory regime applied across the UK and experience of auditing and compliance assessment processes.
  • Proficient in identifying environmental risks and liabilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in environmental, health and safety consultancy (or similar level of experience with environmental regulations).
