Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Consultant

Ramboll is seeking a talented Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultant to join our pioneering journey in creating a sustainable future.

Your Role

As our new Senior EHS Consultant, you will lead projects with confidence, manage large-scale multinational audit programs, and keep up to date with UK regulatory requirements. You will also utilise your expertise in environmental permitting and BAT to evaluate risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Function as a Project Manager overseeing the successful setup and execution of permitting and EHS compliance projects within Ramboll's framework.
  • Conduct comprehensive EHS audits and manage large-scale multinational audit programs.
  • Utilise expertise in environmental permitting and BAT to evaluate risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Aid clients in achieving and enhancing compliance with ISO 14001 standards through detailed audits and targeted gap analysis.
  • Lead the creation of detailed reports and proposals, maintain consistent client communication, and cultivate strong partnerships for project success.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the environmental, health & safety regulatory regime applied across the UK and experience of auditing and compliance assessment processes. You should be proficient in identifying environmental risks and liabilities, and have demonstrable experience in environmental, health and safety consultancy.
