Pensions Administration Support Role

We are seeking a Pensions Administration Support Specialist to join our team and support our Pensions Administration service line. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the pensions or financial services industry and be flexible with the ability to effectively prioritise their own workload.

This role can be based in our Croydon or Birmingham city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle. The successful candidate will support new business pitches, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with external stakeholders to support client needs.

The Pensions Administration Support Specialist will assist in the planning and execution of client-related projects and initiatives, track project timelines and deliverables, and provide regular updates and reports on project status to the Pensions Administration Team.

Key requirements for this role include a financial services / pensions admin background, previous experience in supporting a client-facing team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. GCSE English and mathematics (A-C) or equivalent are also essential.
