Key Responsibilities
As a Club Governance Officer, you will provide comprehensive governance support to ensure the smooth operation of the club. This includes supporting the governance framework, keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation, and providing guidance to sub-committees on governance matters. You will also coordinate the election and appointment process, establish an annual cycle for governance meetings, and plan, coordinate, and prepare agendas, papers, board packs, and reports for key meetings.
