Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a large portfolio of existing regular-usage clients and previous usage clients to ensure they receive a first-class service and have a key point of contact when needed.
- Maintain and grow active accounts, while promoting and growing less active accounts.
- Contact newer clients to develop fresh client relationships.
- Manage a database of business clients across the UK.
- Be available to support clients with any queries, issues, or concerns.
- Be an effective problem solver, coming up with suggestions and solutions to ensure clients receive a bespoke tailored service and products.
- Proactively target new customers and outlets to ensure targets are hit and the database is building.
- Attend business meetings with customers to ensure we are assisting with any relevant projects, products, and/or services that fit their requirements.
- Achieve set KPIs determined by the Sales/Business Development Management Team.
- Manage customer queries and complaints within the business.
- Ensure all records on our CRM systems are kept up to date with recent discussions/correspondence with our customers.
