About the Role

This is a senior management position based in Scotland, requiring experience in land development or a related field. You will lead a delivery team and contribute to the wider strategy of the business. Your key responsibilities include line management, hands-on tasks in the land consents process, developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
