Our agency clients range from tech giants, retailers, beauty brands, engine oil manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, sports, and beyond, with clients including Kao Salon Brands, Panasonic, Quality Spirits International, Gulf, Unicorn Darts and beyond.

  • Manage multiple projects across different clients, as well as social and creative disciplines (from creation of social media calendars and strategies to multi-platform asset production, copywriting, influencer management, paid boosting, and more).
  • Act as the point of contact for our clients, managing status calls, timing plans, and keeping them regularly updated regarding project delivery.
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding (pricing strategies, invoicing, and managing suppliers) - you'll be responsible for projects being delivered on time and on budget.
  • Help manage the design and animation studio team by writing briefs, managing capacity/studio workflow, and keeping track of project deliverables to ensure creative outputs are quality and efficient, hitting the client brief.
    • Have minimum 2-3 years' experience at a creative or social agency in a client-facing account-management-based role - acting calm under pressure, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
    • Strong understanding of key social platforms, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Be approachable, passionate, and think ahead about the needs of the team, the account, and the client - able to prioritise, delegate, and understand resourcing needs.
    • Understand the full 'marketing mix' - from digital, social, and inbound to media, PR, and data - employing your knowledge with confidence.
    • Appreciate great creative work and strategy, show passion, and a great sense of humour.
