Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence, developing brand awareness, and attracting new consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote our clients' brands
  • Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to increase brand visibility
  • Manage and maintain databases using CRM software to create targeted audience lists
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of social media accounts and provide support to the Social Media Specialist
  • Utilize project management skills to plan and organize workload, ensuring timely delivery of creative content

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and their applications
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications to intermediate level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
