Rail SHEQ Specialist Job
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Rail SHEQ Specialist to join their team. As a Rail SHEQ Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental practices within the rail industry.
Main Responsibilities
- To lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies
- To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- To coordinate audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- To provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health, safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Health and Safety or related field (e.g., IOSH GRAD)
- NEBOSH certification
- Extensive knowledge of rail industry HS&E requirements
- Proven track record in RISQS auditing/management and leading HS&E teams in rail construction projects
- Able to work collaboratively with teams, clients, stakeholders, and supply chain
- Competent in producing reports and communicating effectively at all levels
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company and make a significant contribution to their rail projects.
