Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators, driving excellence in your work and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Manage a caseload of customers, using a range of coaching strategies to empower them to take control of their careers.
  • Co-produce tailored action plans with sequenced interventions and development opportunities, helping customers to overcome barriers to employment.
  • Utilize an integration framework of local specialist services to address specific issues, such as substance misuse, anger management, debt advice, and health and vocational training.
  • Comply fully with company policies, including those related to data security, safeguarding, and health and safety.
  • Work from local hubs and community outreach locations to increase service accessibility, building strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong team dynamic, collaborating effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.
