Operations Associate Role Overview:

Gopuff is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and receiving product, as well as working with our delivery riders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
  • Receive product from vendors, verify physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
  • Clean and organize warehouse
  • Ensure strict compliance with FIFO practice for waste and spoilage management
  • Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm - 2am
  • Basic working knowledge of web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs. repetitively
