Job Description:

  • Deliver person-centred support to residents, fostering a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including medication management, budgeting, and cooking.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and monitoring of clients' physical and mental health.
  • Support clients in achieving monthly service goals and attending appointments.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
  • Implement trauma-informed approaches to support residents and promote family, friend, and carer engagement.

Requirements: The successful candidate will possess GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent, be committed to ongoing professional development, and demonstrate excellent support and communication skills.
