We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Programme Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of our holiday camps programme, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for children aged 4-5.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Early Years programme, including the delivery of activities, management of staff, and maintenance of high-quality childcare standards. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Camp Manager to ensure seamless programme delivery and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality activities for children aged 4-5, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure exceptional care and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with parents, meeting all necessary regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Camp Manager to achieve programme objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, enhancing the overall quality of our holiday camps programme.

Requirements

  • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering EYFS-aligned activities, with a strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving programme objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
