About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Severn Trent Services. As a key member of our Aqualytix business, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assess and manage risk, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with our team of industry experts to provide bespoke solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the water hygiene industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ACOP L and HSG Parts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
