Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Facilities Management Team as an Account Manager. This role requires understanding clients' business priorities and drivers, maximizing their return on investment from MRI solutions. Clients are based across the UK, with a strong presence in Public Sector Healthcare organizations. Occasional travel is required, but online or remote working is encouraged where possible.

Responsibilities
  1. Represent MRI professionally and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and sales development.
  2. Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with clients.
  3. Achieve or exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives.
  4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling an expanding range of MRI FM and related solutions.
  5. Maintain regular contact with clients using online meetings, telephone calls, and client user forums.
  6. Determine ongoing client requirements to meet their changing business needs.
  7. Work closely with other stakeholders within MRI, such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Implementation Services teams.
  8. Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts in MRI CRM systems.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of Account Management experience within the software industry.
  2. Track record of sales or related achievement, operating in a target-driven environment, customer-centricity is key.
  3. Very organized with good time management skills.
  4. Confident and motivated with high energy.
  5. Always looking for ways to improve and learn.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. The ability to communicate effectively and ask questions to identify sales opportunities.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
  9. Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market or UK Public Healthcare sector would be an advantage but are not essential.
