About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team at Greene King pubs. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers and ensuring they have a great dining experience
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet our high standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain a safe, legal, and clean environment in the front of house, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently
