About the Role

We are seeking a talented Waiting Staff to join our team at Hungry Horse. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Know our menu inside out, making recommendations to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers while they dine with us.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet our high standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests.
