**Role Overview:**

Nursery Assistant - Primary School, Islington

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Assistant to work alongside our experienced team at a primary school in Islington, London.

About the Role:

  • Work across the children's centre, providing care and support for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children to learn and develop.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and supervision to children.
  • Engaging children in educational and play activities that support their early learning and development.
  • Assisting in implementing daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

You will need:

  • Childcare qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience.
  • A current Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willingness to obtain one).
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting.
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children.
