We are seeking an experienced Adult Safeguarding Specialist to join our Adults Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Hampshire County Council.
As a Senior Case Worker, you will work closely with skilled practitioners to manage incoming safeguarding referrals by telephone and online forms. Your strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with partner agencies, including the police and health services, to provide the best possible response when concerns are reported.
The role requires prioritizing cases, holding a caseload, and working towards effective and positive outcomes for adults at risk. You will need excellent IT skills and be proficient in using digital technology to support your work. The ability to communicate compassionately via the telephone to identify care and support needs is also essential.
You will support more complex cases and provide coaching and mentoring support to Case Workers. Joining us as an Adult Safeguarding Specialist can lead to a fantastic career in Adults' Health & Care.
