Teaching Assistant - Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a leadership role. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Assist with the preparation of resources and materials
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Help to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to develop and implement lesson plans
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
