Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our IT department at EG Group. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of cybersecurity engineers to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
- Work closely with cyber personnel in other countries to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies.
- Oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC) function to ensure timely and effective incident response.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our cybersecurity measures.
- Plan, implement, and oversee cybersecurity changes in a structured manner to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
- Oversee security incident management and resolution processes to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain and update documentation of security incident playbooks, common practices, process flow diagrams, and the knowledge base to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage workloads and projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Report to senior management on the status of infrastructure projects and operations to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 2+ years in management.
- Understanding of emerging cyber requirements and cybersecurity threats.
- Broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies.
- Experience working in an IT function and relevant field.
- Proven experience in the management and delivery of key cybersecurity projects.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate for success with key business stakeholders.
- Experience managing and reporting project deliverables to senior management audiences.
- Proficiency in using, building, and maintaining an EDR/XDR solution and a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
