Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Carrier Rental Systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining a variety of HVAC rental equipment in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance, breakdowns, installs, and deinstallations of HVAC rental equipment.
  • Installation, de-installation, and maintenance/servicing of HVAC rental equipment.
  • Refurbishment of units in the depot, including cleaning, painting, repairs, and maintaining compliance with depot audits and paperwork.
  • Liaise and work effectively with the sales and operations teams.
  • Act quickly to resolve problems and maintain open communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • AC/Chiller or Boiler experience.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly, as the role involves servicing, installing, and commissioning equipment in various locations.
  • Ideal F-Gas qualification for Chiller experience or Mechanical Background/Commercial and Industrial Boiler experience.
  • Great team player.
  • Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in work.
  • Full driving license.
