About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Carrier Rental Systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and decommissioning a variety of HVAC rental equipment in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance, breakdowns, installs, and deinstallations of HVAC rental equipment.
  • Installation, de-installation, and maintenance/servicing of HVAC Rental Equipment.
  • Refurbishment of units in the depot, including cleaning, painting, repairs, depot audits, compliance, paperwork, and maintaining the depot/equipment.
  • Liaise and work effectively with the sales and operations teams.
  • Act quickly where problems arise and maintain an open system of communication between the customer.

Requirements:

  • AC/Chiller or Boiler Experience.
  • Flexibility to travel on a regular weekly basis, as the role will involve servicing, installing, and commissioning equipment in Northern Ireland.
  • Ideal F-Gas Qualified if Chiller Experience or Mechanical Background/Commercial and Industrial Boiler Experience if more heating bias.
  • Great team player.
  • Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work.
  • Full driving license.
