Order Processing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Order Processing Coordinator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, documentation completeness, and customer database management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process client orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • File applications for warehouse selection of goods, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process customer documentation, update databases, and maintain records with precision.
  • Send information letters to clients, providing clear and concise updates on their orders.
  • Arrange, sort, and archive shipping documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, IT literacy with data manipulation and Excel reporting skills, and a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary of £25,000 per annum, 25 days' holidays, and Bank holidays. You will also enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
