The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant at Long-term Teachers Ltd offers a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing a personalized learning experience and creating an inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will be based in the classroom, supporting students in Key Stage 3 and 4, as well as engaging in 1:1 or small group work. The focus will be on helping students manage their emotions, develop resilience, and respect for themselves and others.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can equip students with the skills necessary to succeed in any classroom or social environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those with challenging behaviour.

This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, term time only, commencing in September 2024. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with mainstream colleagues to provide 'right time' support for all young people.

Estimated salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
