Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Civil Maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the service delivery of field triage, crews, and subcontractors, with a focus on ensuring KPI compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Manage and coordinate personnel and resources to undertake works allocated
  • Plan and schedule work to optimize resource utilization
  • Provide expert technical advice to field staff when required
  • Supervise staff to work safely, productively, efficiently, and effectively as an integrated team
  • Prepare scoping documents for quoting purposes

Requirements

  • Strong supervisory skills and experience within the water or gas industry, particularly in excavations works
  • At least 5 years of field experience in water and sewer underground network maintenance
  • Certificate III in Water Operations or Civil Construction (desired but not essential)
  • White Card certification
