Forensic Quality Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Quality Manager to join our team at Mountain Healthcare Ltd. As a Forensic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing an effective quality management system within our Sexual Assault Referral Centres.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems that meet the requirements of ISO 15189 and the Forensic Science Regulators.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure the successful implementation of quality management systems.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and the Forensic Science Regulator (FSR), to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement audit programs to test the quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management systems and procedures.

Requirements
- A degree in a relevant subject, such as quality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, including the development and implementation of quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
