Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Supply Planner. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely deliveries and quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Planning: Collaborate with manufacturers to manage scheduling, production, and delivery of required stock on time and in full.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify issues to improve rapidly.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to drive change through the supply chain.
  • KPI Management: Manage supply chain activities to achieve success in customer and supplier OTIF, product availability, inventory health, stock write-off, and data accuracy.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Relationships: Collaborate with warehouse operations to schedule inbound deliveries and manage reverse logistics efficiently.

About You:
This role requires a strong background in supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning. Proven experience in supply chain best practices (S&OP) and dealing with manufacturers is essential. Experience using ERP and MRP systems is also required. We seek a high-energy individual who is willing to learn, has a can-do attitude, and is team-focused. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are necessary.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes competitive salary reviews, a hybrid working policy, up to 8% contributory pension scheme, and a range of other benefits to support your health and wellbeing.
