We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our Staines branch.

As a Lettings Manager, you will assist in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties. You will also exceed all personal and branch activity and income targets, run the MA generation section of the opportunity report, ensuring timely follow-up activities, and achieve high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous Estate Agency experience in a similar role with demonstrable success, excellent communication skills to build strong relationships, and previous listing experience and is target-driven and tenacious. The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
