Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties. You will exceed all personal and branch activity and income targets, run the MA generation section of the opportunity report, ensuring timely follow-up activities, and achieve high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous Estate Agency experience in a similar role with demonstrable success
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships
  • Previous listing experience and is target-driven and tenacious
  • Acts as a role model by continuously exceeding targets and standards
  • Displays high standards of service, presentation, and organisational skills
  • A car owner with a full driving license and insured for business use
